GG: Univ. of Oregon Seminar

Hello Everyone:

     I wanted to put up a quick note to the list that the Summer Session 
Glenn Gould Seminar at the University of Oregon has now finished, and 
went very well. The seminar was four weeks long, and the class met 4 days 
a week, 2 hours a day. The students enjoyed the class greatly, and I feel 
I know more now about Gould's legacy having taught the class, than what I 
knew before the seminar began.
     Special thanks to John Miller and the Foundation for supplying us 
with materials which greatly enhanced our experience. There's talk of 
making this course an elective for undergraduate piano majors, but 
decisions like that take much time and deliberation - but I can wait.
