The Moog Strikes Bach - Hans Wurman

I read with interest the search for information regarding the Album and
Artist.
Hans Wurman released Chopin a la Moog as a quadraphonic (Q8) 8 track
cartridge, and was available in the U.K. as Album number RQ8 1162.
The Moog Strikes Bach was also available as a STEREO cassette in the U.K.
again under the RCA label as MCK 562.
I know because I have them both. As far as I am aware, Chopin a la Moog was
never available in cassette form (but I may be wrong).
