Maybe you're thinking of Schumann(?) -- I think his Piano Sonata No. 3 (the
so-called Concerto without Orchestra) is in F minor.

Schubert:  I am trying to find a piece called Schubert's Piano Sonato in F
Minor - that's all the info I have, but so far no luck.  Can you assist?
