GG: Change in list software

The Powers That Be at Rutgers are phasing out majordomo so f_minor will
be migrating to listserv software. This is simply a change in the
software that adminsters the messages to you.  I'm hoping to make this
change as painless as possible for you users.  The great news is that
you will no longer receive bounces when you post to the list and you can
receive f_minor in digest form once the change-over is complete. 
Listserv, though clunky, IMHO, does have a lot of nice features for us
to exploit.
