Well Temp Clav 1 : Mono and Stereo

I have a technical question: I guess the first book of the well temp clavier
was recorded, in part, in mono
That was a reason why GG wanted to record it again, before 1982.
Can Someone tell me what tracks are actually recorded in mono?
