there's some kind of book with a method on how to learn to play jazz. Does
anybody know such a book?

You didn't say how advanced you are in piano. I use the Alfred Jazz/Rock
Improvisation books with my students.  This series has 4 levels.  I have
more advanced books for myself.

Playing jazz and improvising will improve your "classical" playing.  Also it
is great fun
