Hasn't Bach put any tempo marks in his manuscripts? Any at all? At least for
orientation? I've just listened for the C Minor Fugue by an unknown player
at MP3 and he played sooooo slowly as if he were running under water. The
total time of the track is 6:21. How long is Gould's interpretation (right
now have no cd)? Thanks.
