    "The Kazdin Book". Is it any good? And is it available in the UK? 

The Kazdin book (aka Glenn Gould at work: creative lying) is, um,
interesting.  There's lots of cool semi-technical info about GG and Andy
making recordings.  There's also lots of bile from when GG dropped him.

It's long out of print.  I found a copy online.  I recommend
www.bookfinder.com which automatically searches all the big online used
book places I know about.
